- Egg yolk 30 pc
- Sugar 200 gr
- Egg white 30 pc
- Sugar 450 gr
- Cake flour 600 gr
- Corn flour 700 gr

- Mix Egg yolk and sugar.
- Whin Egg white and sugar until stiff.
- Fold Egg white into Egg yolk mix ture by hand. 4.Fold Cake Flour and Corn Flour into miabare hand.
- Pipe mixture like Finger shap an baking sheet
- Tust shaped aponge mixture with lcing sugar two times.
- Bake at 220-230'c for 5-6 min.
